The big meeting is today at 9:30

There was a lot of discussion yesterday.
I had messages from HR, the Civilian Supervisor, the Sworn Supervisor and the tone of the meeting has changed. They don't want my union rep at the meeting: it is now a "day to day operations meeting". I spoke to the union rep three times yesterday, have a game plan, have my talking points. I am going in with limited expectations, there will be a 3rd party present from HR so it should at least be civil.
