So Biff calls yesterday looking for his car.
08/31/2004
He wants to know where the car got towed to. Sounds innocent enough, doesn’t it?
Well I call Biff back and ask if he wants to leave me a plate number or a vin number so I can track it down. Well Biff calls back and gets me live on the phone, he gives me the plate number and I am having trouble locating it. I then ask Biff where and when the accident happened. He responds Hwy XXXX at about 3:00 in the morning. He was driving a dark red Mazda. I check the dispach calls, but the call came in as a black BMW. See it was wheels up in a ditch. Seems Biff and his buddy fled the scene and the medics, fire department and the police were out looking for Biff’s body for about an hour.
Well, Biff is all frustrated with me because I can’t locate his car for him. I respond, your lucky you can even talk to me today. Count your blessings you have your fingers and toes. Biff, they were out looking for your body last night. Well I go ahead and give Biff the number for the main towing company, perhaps they can locate the car for him.
About 20 minuets later, Biff calls back and gets the machine: “they have a hold on my car, the tow company will not release it What do I do now? “ I left Biff a message back and let him know that a nice traffic investigator will be assigned to his accident and he should be hearing from him in the morning. And by the way, only the nice traffic investigator can release his car. I will be handing the traffic office Biff's phone number when I get into work today.
Ah, the adventures of Biff, I’ll keep you posted. I wonder what he will get charged for?
Me, just went to the grocery store last night, got home made a nice dinner for myself and curled up with the Saba critter. He was still tired from our romp in the park yesterday.
Today: Yoga tonight and a bit of house cleaning.
