No Bush Race Today

I had the day planned around it. I picked up the party supplies, got to the grocery store made it home in time to find “NASCAR BUSH race postponed by rain“ scrolling arcos the TV screen.
I watched the Cart races as I polished my nails for the big Debutant Ball tonight. Now CART looks like something that might be fun to get into. The cars are a lot smaller, less things to break. Hum a little research is in order. No Winston Cup today either. I looked at the national weather map and am not sure that storm will blow over by 11:30 CST for the Sunday Winston Cup race. We will see.
Primping and dressing up for the ball. I have 45 minuets to go. The hair is almost dry, the make up is on and I am now just waiting. Should be a fun evening. I do like dress up parties.
