Nascar Grand Nationals and TSRS Tonight!

I am anxiously waiting for the day to begin. I have a couple of errands, yoga class and then its off to the race track. I am heading to Texas Thunder and Lightning Racefest. Nascar Grand Nationals drivers and the Texas Super Racing Series are competing tonight at my home track. There are fun events planned all day long. Music, celebrity racing and real fast cars! I took Thursday evening off and just worked on my stuff. I had a computer program that just wasn’t working right after I tried to install a race date program, so I had to reinstall it. I got the original program working, I had saved all the data and chatted on the telephone for a bit. I manually added the first half of the Nascar race season. I keep looking at my horoscopes on line: wondering what the next few weeks and months have in store. I am trying to make some plans, figure a couple of little things out.
Saba and I headed out to the park Friday night for our usual romp in the park. I don’t normally do it, but I was talking to Mom when I was there. I wanted to get her caught up on a couple of things. Saba was busy doing Saba things so I had a bit of time. I dropped a couple of things on her, she was ok with them, but she can’t get a grasp of the color I want to paint the trim on the house. For some reason purple trim scares her. It’s a very pale purple, not garish, just a very light purple.
I had a great rest of the week at work. I guess my venting the other day did me a lot of good. I am not sure it did any good with my reputation, but who cares. I am heading to the local racetrack.
Work is somthing I have to do so I can afford to go watch racing.
