What about Brandon Ash?
I was reading Jayski’s website the other day, and there was a bit about my favorite west coast racer. (www.02brandonash.com) I met Brandon, his dad, uncle and assorted folks a few years back in Phoenix. They are a great group of hard working racers. Jay’s article mentioned Brandon was looking to run some of the Cup races out west, looking for sponsors to move east and set up a shop in race country.
I have been thinking about this match the rest of the week, it was just a thought when I saw the news about the move. Brandon’s dad, Ed Ash has an engine building business if I recall correctly. Move the business, move to race country and team up with Robby Gordon Motor Sports. I might be dreaming, but it just might work out for everyone. Even if for some reason, my little idea doesn’t work for combining teams, I think Robby should give Brandon a call. I think they would have a lot to talk about.
Work has been work this week. I signed up for a class: dealing with hostel customers. I think it might help with some of the other unit issues. Yah, it’s been a bit rough, it’s getting better. More changes coming and I found out the chief thought my name was Janet. Oh well, I hope I didn’t embarrass him, I was kind of sassy.
UPDATE: found out it was Jennifer, not Janet that he was calling me. He was OK yesterday when I saw him, so I guess my sassyness didn't get me in trouble.
