There is a bunch of griping about grip going on.

Qualifying yesterday was rain delayed. Robby Gordon came in 3rd -0.148 seconds behind the leader Bobby Labonte, Ryan Newman was 2nd Kevin Lepage was 4th Terry Labonte was 5th.
Lots of articles this morning about how the track condition changed from practice. The grip was lost due to the rain and the lineup was not what most people were expecting. Hey, they managed to get the pre-race stuff going when half the state is with out electricity. From one news service: “An enormous, instantaneous reversal of the power flow -- huge amounts of electricity that had been moving east over the Great Lakes were suddenly sucked back -- overloaded one or more power lines, which quickly took themselves out of service.” Some Drivers and crews are staying in areas with no power. It has been a strange week overall.
Looking forward to Sundays race….
Today: Work(?) yoga, coffee and Racing at Thunderhill.
Yesterday: Work, Journal happy hour at Hills. Some one there had a real potty mouth, I had to leave after the “F” word was billowing around the bar every 30 seconds. It was rather embarrassing.
