It has been a long week, just a really long week. Grumpy people, nasty clients, I am ready to put this week in the books.
What’s up for the weekend? A little shopping, a little exercise, Racing of course and get ready for my trip back home. I got a call from Brother last night. Rumor is MOM has lots of chores from me to do when I get back. I guess I will pack some grubby cloths, he is no longer able to check on her once a week, he is in the mid west and she is on the east coast and I am down south. Hopefully just some lugging and moving and cleaning up the gutters.
I need to firm up plans this weekend for the big reunion week. I got a call from C that our shopping trip to NYC needs to be adjusted, she has to head out of town unexpectedly. If she can’t go I may just head down to the city and grab some goodies on my own. I hope to meet up with a special geek boy for dinner. I wonder what else will happen on the trip.
Getting the critters set for a week with care takers. Plans are a changing by the day. I am not sure if the critters will stay at home or need to be relocated for the week. Ms. McK is heading home from Africa and I don’t want to get caught with out a back up plan if she doesn’t make it back in time. There was an email saying she didn’t know how she was getting back from Houston.
Off to work for the day and then to the big box pet store tonight. Isn’t it great being single?
