Some days you just need to kill something.

OK so it was a paper target but it worked just fine. I had a frustrating day at the office yesterday, I was busy from the second I hit the door.
Bank meetings, tenants, showings, gathering paperwork and phone problems. By the end of the day I had hit tilt. I was planning to take Saba to the park but I ended up at the shooting range instead. I stopped off at Wally world and picked up a couple of boxes of bullets. I love TX, no problem doing that, you just walk up to the counter and order what you want. No Id checks, (I do look older than 18), no issues. When I was in CT is was a major pain in the butt to get bullets. I was talking to MOM on the cell when I was doing my transaction. She is feeling better, she has been under the weather for a couple of weeks.
I head over to the range and shot through both boxes. I don’t know why but I find this relaxing. I think it has to do with being in my own world. With the ear muffs, I can’t hear the cell phone, no one can interrupt me and I have to concentrate on my breathing. I did well on the target. There was a mom there with her kids, 3 boys from about 8 to 15 that were shooting next to me. The kids were having a blast. The older ones were fairly accurate. They were renting there firearms. I think they chose models that were a little to large for them but they looked good.
