I got a 93 on my practical test yesterday and a 88 on the written. Go Girl.

I partnered up with a really nice gentleman for the class. He was retired military and was just so wonderful. On the practical he was encouraging, he kept telling me I was doing a great job. I appreciated the support. He told me after the practical that I did so well, he would have to start calling me madam.

The course took all day, it was up in south Waco, well not really just at Palmer Lane in Austin. I always forget that Austin now has traffic day and night. I don’t drive that much so it was a little shocking to have to deal with lots of people at 7:30 on a Saturday Morning. I managed to get to class with about 3 minuets to spare. Lots of refresher stuff and a few new things. I realized I haven’t taken a test in YEARS. I can’t remember that last time pen, paper and grading came into play.

I managed to get home by 9:15 and Saba was wound up. We ended up playing for a good half hour in the back yard. I found a note from Cranky that she had fed him but he got a time out. Saba jumped on her when she came to feed him and scratched her. She did the right thing and He knows when he gets a time out he is in lots of trouble.

Kramer is heading over for brunch at 1:00. I have about 17 RSVP’s this year. I am happy with the number, last year was just a tad to big. I can’t wait to see everyone. I need to stop at the grocery and get a few forgotten things after church this morning. I am going to turn the race on during the party. I will turn the sound down and throw a tape in incase I want to actually watch it after everyone leaves.
