Fry’s Stinks, construction halted and I am still without a PDA.

I tired Fry’s customer service yesterday and never got an answer. I tried the in store people and they wouldn’t help. I am waiting for a cease and desist order so fry’s will stay on the top of the journal for a week or so. I am not a happy camper.
My handspring broke on Sunday, I went to the big box store for a replacement and got no customer service. NONE what so ever. Sorry your warrantee doesn’t cover it. I purchased a 2 year contract and am 1 year into it. No discount on a replacement. I went ahead and purchased a replacement and figured I could get through to customer service on Monday. I get home and the hot sync doesn’t fit the lap top. I then spend Monday evening returning the new item and again just a shitty attitude from the store. I am Pissed. They need to make me happy.
The inspector came to check on the barn yesterday morning. I was still in my pajamas when he knocked on the door. I grabbed a sweatshirt and headed out back with him. The city of Austin now wants an engineers letter to pour the concrete. I just want a dam floor in the barn. This will cost another $300-400 on top of the construction costs. I am in search of an engineer to sign off on the floor. I tried brother but he is not licensed in Texas. I tried another engineer I know and his phone is disconnected. I tried a construction buddy of mine, no luck his number just goes to voice mail mailbox. Can’t leave a message just the “enter your mailbox number” message. I will try again today.
Gee, do I sound a little frustrated today? I am frustrated and pissed at the same time. That is NOT a good combination.
