August 2005

My coffee is getting better.
I worked my shift at the coffee house on Sunday, had a lot of fun.

Just a second to update this morning:
Matt Kenseth won the pole and won the race. Ryan Newman and Dale Jarrett knock each other out along with Kevin Harvick. This should be the feud of the week.

I got the little envelope from TMS in the mail yesterday.

I somehow managed to:
Cook dinner, have a friend over, loan a picnic basket, loan a blanket and loan a car.

Trash and gas.
Sunday’s race from Michigan came down to just a couple of things: fuel strategy and trash on the nose.

Camber changes this weekend.
I was listening to the radio Saturday morning, my local motor sports show.

It was a week:
It flew by, just life moving along. Little snippets of my week.

I didn’t make it to the sauna,
But I did get a good sweat going.

I am just pondering the world this morning.
Not much exciting around here: work, yoga and snuggling up with the critters. I came home from work yesterday and was just blah. I am a bit tired, nothing major, I’m just Blah. I think I need to stop in the sauna after yoga tonight. It’s been a while and I could use some relaxation.

The Budweiser fans are crying in their beer: Tony gets to kiss the bricks.
Lap 61 and it looks like Jr. is out of the chase. He got spun around and hit the wall. It was a good race yesterday, other than lots of tire problems again. Camber, camber camber. When are the crew chiefs going to learn this? They get paid lots of money to know these things but still pop go the tires.

Oh goodness gracious, sometimes people just amaze me. Yes, we are talking about work.
