Sweet dreams:
10/24/2008

New Pillows and race cars.

I went shopping last night and managed to get another new pillow for me. I got one last week and was hoping there was a second one at the store: score! They are high end pillows and I managed to snag them for $8 each: that’s a great price. I wanted to test the pillow before I bought the second one. It’s a sleep thing, I bought a new pillow a couple of months ago and when I tried to sleep on it, it was way too soft and I ended up with a crick in my neck. It’s become Saba’s pillow now.

IT is plugging along: I had a couple of days that it flared up again. I think the testing last week and the medications are just making me feel a bit icky on top if IT. Not devastating icky, just not quite right icky.

Work has quieted down: I don’t think I will get caught up in the latest issue. I was talking to one of my co-workers and he told me I worry too much. I have to agree, I do. I just don’t want to be put in a bad spot again. I didn’t like it last time and don’t want to go through the drama again.

I am getting excited about my trip to Texas Motor Speedway next week. I know Atlanta is up this weekend and I will be watching with excitement to see if Jimmy and Chad can firm up the championship. I am looking forward to having some time out of the office: it will be nice to get away from the drama for a few days. I am looking forward to watching fast cars at the tracks and watching some wrecked cars at a demolition derby locally this Sunday.
