Saba is bothered by an idiot yesterday.
After a long day at the office, I headed to the grocery and then had to put the trash and recycle out. Saba was following me along, in our yard. He stopped at the drive entrance, before the sidewalk and he verbally alerted me that there was someone coming, that’s part of his job. (My neighbor has a solid front fence and I can’t see around it.) I gave Saba the wait command and I continued to put my items out by the curb. This idiot, a forty year old Asian man, with two miniature greyhound dogs in tow, crosses on the sidewalk between me and Saba.
Saba was following his progress along the fence line in my front yard. This idiot then turns around, after passing about 4 feet from the drive opening and spays my dog in the face through the fence with a spray bottle he is carrying. I tell the man it was totally uncalled for. He tells me it was “only water” and that my dog barked at him. I was LIVID, I told him he was rude and totally out of line. He continued to walk down the street and sasses me back.
There is no criminal act, he didn’t harm Saba, but I was so angry with this man. There is nothing I can do about his actions but alert my neighbors about his behavior.
