It was a fuel strategy win from what I have read.
Danica has not endeared herself with me, a female race fan. She got a lot of hype back at Indy, I haven’t see results, lots of photo shoots, lots of publicity shots but it’s on the race track where it counts most. The gaggle of reporters that follow her around is interesting to watch, but I think it is mostly Indy looking for press opportunities. I guess congrats are in order, but I do think it was long overdue. If it was a different driver in the car, he would have been replaced already for non performance. I am in a class for a couple of days so my schedule is quite different this week. The class is good, lots to learn, but little I will be able to implement. It is designed for managers; I am not sure why I was sent. I am trying to firm up weekend plans. I have an opportunity to see some more racing.
