Robby, its time for a chat.

Two weeks in a row in the back, what the heck is going on?
Ok, I will give you some slack for being distracted in Texas with the roll bar issue. I am glad you declined the “on camera” interview there, good move. Sliding into the turn 2 wall was not a very good idea. I just put my head down when that happened at Texas last week. By the way, I forgot to mention: you need to go a little easier on the crew; you were a bit hard on the radio with them. I know its frustration, but not very motivating or very nice. Keep those comments for the Monday morning meetings. I will forgive some of the other issues this year, but darling, it’s getting tough. We need to sit down and think about what you can do differently next year. I know you’re headed for Dakar in January that should give you some “thinking” time. I have some thoughts, I think we can get you back up font for ’07, but I am just disappointed with the last few weeks.
I don’t understand it: you run great in off road, you run great in open wheel. You cars are a lot better this year, the engine change was good, and I think next year will be an even better engine package. I just don’t know why you seem so distracted I assume it must be a woman.
I have an idea: Why don’t you head to Austin after Homestead and hang out with Lance for a little while, before you head to Dakar. I think darling, you need to blow off some steam and where better to do that than here in Austin? You can just zip on down to 6th or 4th street, do a bit of dinning and socializing and Lance sure knows the hot spots! I think that would be the start of my off season plans for you. I will probably be the only race fan that might be star struck if I saw you on the streets, so you could be Robby, just Robby from North Carolina for a spell. That might be fun, it would give you some time away and it might do you some good: we are a wired city, so you can still be in touch with all you co-workers, but a little time away, a little anonymity, might be a good idea right now.
If you decide to visit Austin – drop me a note, we can do coffee and chat a bit more.
